Summary

This three-year CAANZ- and CPA-accredited degree will give you the skills and knowledge to launch your future career in Finance. You learn the theoretical principles of management alongside applied assignments, which take your learning into the real world. That means you get to apply your knowledge and understanding to solve problems for local businesses as part of practical, industry-based projects. You also take part in group projects to learn how to work in ethnically diverse, global workplaces.

Entry criteria

Meet the University Entrance criteria as specified by NZQA or have education achievement at least equivalent to NZQA University Entrance. Where an applicant did not attend schooling in New Zealand, the relevant equivalent to University Entrance will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

English Language requirements:

IELTS Academic score of 6.0 with no band score lower than 5.5; TOEFL Internet-based Test (iBT) score of 60 or higher (with a writing score of 20); TOEFL Paper-based test (pBT) score of 550 (with an essay score of 5.0 TWE); FCE, FCE for schools, CAE with a score of 169, no less than 162 in each skill; NZCEL of Level 4 with the Academic endorsement; PToE (Academic) score of 50.
