- Pearson Test of English (PToE) Academic with a score of 50 with no score lower than 42

Programme overview
This programme prepares you for a senior career in the construction industry as a construction manager or quantity surveyor. As a trainee construction manager you learn to plan, organise, manage and control construction projects. As a trainee quantity surveyor you will learn to measure and estimate building work, and to carry out financial administration associated with construction projects.
